EEOC Attorney

Employees with discrimination and retaliation claims under federal anti-discrimination laws—including Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), etc.—must first file a Charge of Discrimination alleging those claims with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) before they can pursue their claims in court. If you believe you have a potential discrimination or retaliation claim under federal anti-discrimination laws and need to go through the EEOC process, having an attorney draft and file the Charge of Discrimination, represent you during EEOC mediation, and/or represent you during the EEOC investigation can be extremely helpful. Haley regularly represents employees throughout all stages of the EEOC process (filing, mediation, and/or investigation).
